In the article the basic theoretical prerequisites of the formation of investment briefcase are systematized, is represented the analysis of the stages of the selection of the objects of investments from the point of portfolio investor's view, the procedure of formation and control of the briefcase of securities for different types of investors is examined. Are built the graph of the dependence of risk and profitableness of the investment briefcases of securities of russian emmitent.
