In the article are examined the model of the joint activity of non-governmental Pension funds, agency in the mortgage housing crediting, Sberbank of Russia and federal fund for required medical insurance. Model makes it possible to financing the personal needs for improvement in the housing conditions, obtaining of medical services, and also highest vocational education.
