Recovery of bank lending of residential construction after crisis: tendencies and problems

In Russia in the period of crisis bank lending of construction projects has cut down. In the article tendencies of present state of bank lending constructors are analyzed. The author pays a special attention to residential construction lending. Problems which prevent bank lending of construction projects from renewal are summarized. A conclusion is made about an opportunity of lending recovery only on the condition that Russian economy completely recovers from crisis and government provides adequate conditions for lending.
