In article the analysis of development sphere of tourism and a recreation in Tatarstan Republic is presented, data on the cores events, in our opinion, in this sphere for last 3 years are resulted. Realization of the republican target program «Development of sphere of tourism in Tatarstan Republic on 2009-2011years» are considered. The separate attention is given tourists-reacreative park «Kamsky Polyany». The mechanism of management by park, the mechanism of realization of state-private partnership on its platform and as possible sources of financing of this project are studied is considered.
