The system of investment management of region as the basis of the increase of regional investment appeal

The call for paper deals with the investment appeal of Ulyanovsk region. In modern conditions it is important to create a system of regional investment management. This task has not decided yet. The author describes main elements of investment activity, suggests such system, which will allow to solve this problem.
