Standardization of methods in planning of financial provision of state and municipal services

In the article are considered the basic approaches in the sphere of the planning of financial support (or regulatory (normative) costs) for state (public) municipal services at the level of the Russian Federation, the subject of Russia - Sverdlovsk region, the municipal formation - Berezovsky urban district. It is shown that the definition of regulatory (normative) costs based on a unified and standardized concepts. The characteristic of basic elements is given, possible problems are described, recommendations of authors are formulated.
