In the article the urgency and an accessory of elements defined in J. Wallis and D. Nort?s model of interaction of transaction and transformation sectors to investment activity at region level is proved. On the basis of the graphic model of the formation of the trans-action expenses of the investment of the economy of region is represented the mechanism of reduction in the expenditures indicated.
