On the problems of the scarcity of the budgets of territories and increase in the bills of the subjects of the Russian Federation

Article is dedicated to the problems of the performance of territorial budgets under the conditions of crisis. The author analyzes the entering of tax and incomes into the consolidated budgets of subjects RF and the influence, exerted by their reduction, on an increase in the deficit of regional and local budgets. Different sources of funds of the budget deficit, tendency of bills are examined.
