An increase in the tax risks increases the urgency of the creation of the corporate technologies of control by tax obligations. In the work is advanced the hypothesis about existence of general methodological method - the basis of this association. The local-purposeful stages of the technology of virtualization are investigated. Are given methods and ways of solution of particular problems in the general technology of control of the tax flows of enterprise.
