Personal accounting of household: the problems of the theory

The author systematizes the theoretical approaches to the organization of personal accounting at households. The basic problems of creating a system of personal finance household are determined, extracted off it’s causes and proposed solutions. The author's approach to accounting income, expenses, assets and liabilities of the household in the context of systems and accounting objects, and their inventory are suggested.
