The method of estimation of savings from the use of outsourcing in the armed forces

It has now become important to determine the economic benefits derived from outsourcing. Inappropriate use of outsourcing in the armed forces of the Russian Federation may lead not only to the use of money encouraged inefficiency, but also to other negative consequences: loss of experience; reduction of qualified personnel with sufficient experience; loss of control was transferred to the outsourcing of the function.
