The concept of adaptive controlling is given in the article, aims and tasks are formulated, the prospects of applying different informational and analytical tools are explored. The priority system of efficiency evaluation at different levels of business administration is substantiated. The organizational and economic basis is given for the system of indicators used for efficiency evaluation of main business activities.
