In the article on the analysis of the basic problems of pension guarantee in Russia are based the organizational-methodological principles of the formation of the social-oriented system of financial providing of pensions, which are the complex of the regulating and financial and economic measures, directed toward the active involvement of citizens in different pension programs, in which is compulsory the indirect financial participation of state.
