Financial inconsistency of municipal authorities public health services as consequence financings the branches, not focused on result

In article relationship of cause and effect between the mechanism of financing of municipal public health services and a financial inconsistency of medical institutions is investigated. Author does a conclusion that branch financing in Volgograd is based on затратном a method, and it is one of the reasons of disproportional development of structure of financial resources of municipal public health services.
