The expansion of use of innovative banking Internet products by state organizations and institutions

The article is dedicated to the expansion of innovative banking products based on the Internet technologies and used by state organizations and institutions. The author supposes that the multipurpose electronic card development in Russia would improve the quality of the government service. The author brings forward a motion to introduce the given innovative product on the basis of the Russian microprocessor based card PRO100 as an effective payment instrument for the non-cash service payment.
