In the article the development of systematic approaches to the process of the selection of financial strategy of the steady development of enterprise is substantiated. The process of the optimization of the alternative choice of financial strategy is represented in the form the structural-logical diagram: the selection of the priorities of financial strategy; the rapid diagnosis of strategic position; the organization of the process of the selection of financial strategy, the selection of the optimal strategy.
