Management hierarchy of industrial enterprises: the core principles of functioning in the light of organizational theory

There are some regularities of managerial hierarchy’s functioning. These fundamental procedures could be formulated as a set of principles such as coordination, specialization, subordination, control, integrity. Moreover, there are some factors of sustainability which influence on the internal structure of management system. These factors are corporate culture; mechanism of negotiations; forms of finding the agreement on the strategic and structural issues between internal interest groups; organizational power. The paper contains an analysis of different approaches to the interpretation of foregoing principles and factors from the standpoint of practice.
