In the article is analyzed a change in the order of the financial guarantee of rendering of educational services in the sphere of the highest vocational education due to the means of federal budget in connection with the adoption of federal law from 08.05.2010 № of 83-FZ «About the introduction of changes in the separate legislative acts of the Russian Federation in connection with the improvement of the lawful position of state (municipal) establishments».
