Investment activity and social and economic position of the ulyanovsk region

One of the important problems, the Ulyanovsk region faces, consists of the creation of conditions for the intensification of economic growth and the improvement in the quality of population’s life. This problem may be solved by the attraction of investments into regional economy and hence strengthening of investment activity. In this call for paper investment activity and social and economic position of the region are analyzed. The accent is done on investment appeal of region. In conclusion the main directions of the increase of investment appeal of the Ulyanovsk region are denoted.
