Sophisticated social security system covering all citizens, not only leads to an improvement of their welfare, expands and strengthens the human resources of the state, but also promotes economic growth and stabilization of the political and social situation, not only in the country, but throughout the integration grouping. The scope and priorities of social spending depends largely on the representations of business leaders about the role of business in addressing social issues, relations between business and government.
