Perfection regulation of bank activity on the securities market

In the article the classification of the methods of regulating of bank activity and market for securities is examined. Evolution of regulation of activity of banks on a securities market was dictated by logic of development of economy both the separate countries, and economic. The author reveals, that the existing final goals in the regulation of bank sphere and market for securities are different, which requires the revision of approaches themselves to the organization of banking system.
