Illusion of stability of economic growth, willing stand with annual gross domestic product growth and proficiency of federal budget in the period 2000-2008 years, caused statement of number of scientists about reference to category of intermediate term planning of period of country development on 10-12 years. However global economic crisis brought the corrective amendments in these forecasts.
