Basing on the theoretical generalization of theory of risks, risks- management in the work the definition of bank risk as money means of risky event ill-wresting prospective results was given.
     The revealed tendencies of bank sector development of the republic are: steady reduction of financial operations yield, reduction of bank margin, cause growing influence of risks on activity of commercial banks.
