Are revealed the problems of the creation of non-governmental Pension funds, and also neutralization of the risks of the investment of their pension reserves. Is based the conclusion that is necessary the creation of the multilevel system of repeated insurance, capable of ensuring fulfillment of commitments before the future pensioners and safety of their accumulations with any circumstances of financial instability.
