Are investigated the estimations of the effectiveness of the financial innovations, realized by banks with the state participation. Is analyzed the system of indices, utilized in the sphere of the estimation of the effectiveness of innovations. Is proposed the creation of the system of the innovation bank financial products, which satisfy the contemporary demands of clients for the purpose of an improvement in the quality of the functioning of state banks under the conditions for the innovation development of the country.
