In article the interrelation and complementarities of budgetary, corporate and personal sources of financing of municipal public health services of Volgograd is investigated. The author analyzes dynamics of structure of resources of municipal system of public health services of a city during 2000 - 2010. Is done the conclusion that in municipal public health the personal means of citizens are most dependent on other sources and sensitive to their fluctuations.
