Practical experience of working together banks and their clients in the financial crisis

This article discusses the features of course the financial crisis in the banking sector in lending to small and medium enterprises in the period autumn 2008 - April 2010. We proposed allocation of four phases of flow crisis, described in detail their characteristics, taken by the Government and banks measures the behavior of banks and their borrowers in crisis, prospects for lending to small and medium-sized businesses.
