Purpose of the development of the retail bank business of ? to ensure the mass flow of particular clients and to simultaneously maximally decrease expenses for their maintenance. In the article are investigated the characteristic features, which release retail business from other spheres of bank activity, objective and subjective components, and also classification of retail bank services.
