For guaranteeing of economic increase and progress the economy must constantly move in the new directions, therefore, and economists, analyzing the market for capital, must enlarge the framework of the existing theories, use completely new approaches, and to combine the classical methods of equilibrium, with the nonequilibrium, nonlinear models.
