Stages of reforming of pension accumulation system and increase a role of nonstate pension funds

In the article the evolution of the step by step reformation of state pension system is examined. Eelimination of the monopoly and reorientation of financial providing of pension guarantees by the insurance model increase the institutional role of non-governmental Pension funds and the quality of the life of pensioners, they positively influence the stability of financial system and the social stability of the country.
