Regulation problems of utilization of export potential of Azerbaijan in non-oil sector

In the article the value of the development of the non-oil sector of Azerbaijan is examined. The potential of this segment of industry in the comparison with other sectors of economy is analyzed. The author reveals the basic reasons for regress in the technological, infrastructural and cadre guarantee.
