Because of financial and economic crisis the problem of forming the concept of enterprise financial stability management in context of integration processes in market environment has become especially actual and significant. The present work includes an organized and analyzed complex set of characteristics which an enterprise must pass in the purpose of providing financial stability. Is made conclusion about that, as the generalized criterion of effectiveness in this case it is expedient to use a maximization of the cost of enterprise for the principle of reduction in the financial and economic risks.
