Article is dedicated to questions of a study of the criteria of effectiveness of financial innovations in the banking sector. The scientific approaches in the sphere of control of the effectiveness of innovations, used in the world practice, are analyzed by the author. Special attention is given the classification of the criteria of effectiveness of financial innovations. The author proposed the system data classification of criteria, applied under the conditions of globalization.
