In the crisis and post-crisis conditions as the population's purchasing power is falling, a high demand for vehicle repair services in Russia is preserved. In the competitive environment makes the survival of such businesses dependent on the quality of their services. Quality improvements require innovative development of a vehicle repair business. Innovative development management features in vehicle repair businesses in the context of the using Internet-marketing have been considered.
