The state structures of the national economic systems management

In this article there was carried out the retrospective analysis of state structures role of the national economic systems regulation in foreign countries. Also, there was considered the actual problem of large state corporation structures operation in the conditions of neoliberal transformations and crisis changes in modern economy. The author treats above problem from the legal, economic-organizing and management approaches.
