Article is dedicated to the analysis of the identification of tax risks and control of them in the autonomous establishments. The author comes to the conclusion that the integration the system of the internal check with the system of budgetary control of organizations will allow establishments to successfully accomplish an estimation of risks and measures for reduction in the losses of risky situations.
