Practice analytics of foreign trade legislative regulation

The article is devoted to the most relevant problems of legislative regulation of such international trade services as the factoring and the letters of credit. The author analyses the current situation at the market of these services, examining arbitral procedures, comparing russian and international law, as well as gives the recommendations for the russian law improvement.
