Effective capital structure as a key for successful business growth

Article presents information about factors which should be taken in account while making decision about capital structure and special criteria of capital rising effectively are formulated. As a result is proposed the model of the search for optimal solution, which makes it possible on the basis of systems approach to determine, which of the versions of the attraction of financial resources it is correct in the different stages of the life cycle of the enterprise.
