Tendencies of development of small-scale business in the conditions of tax reform

Small-scale business development is one of the problems facing Tax reform. In the conditions of financial crisis it has got a special urgency. Considering region or the country as the big difficult system it is necessary to consider инерционность reactions of system to influences rendered on it. In the present work by means of statistical and эконометрических methods tendencies of development of small-scale business have been considered. In the proposed work with the aid of the statistical and econometric methods the trends of development of small business in connection with conducting of tax reform are examined.
