In the article the need for the introduction of fundamental changes in the economic policy conducted by state is shown. In particular, the discussion deals with the revision of the sums «wild» privatization, the correctives of valid situation in the region of shaping of taxable profit, the development of the model of bookkeeping calculation, which is been based on the wide use of a concept of valid cost.
