The algorithm of outsourcing partners selection

The article gives an algorithm for choosing a possible partner-provider of outsourcing services. Each phase of it is given in detail, and recommendations for companies-customers, who have made the choice in favor of outsourcing, are provided. We describe the organization of the Invitation to tender procedure and method of evaluation of the bids. The content of the contract on cooperation with the provider of works (services) is viewed, and also some factors influencing the choice of outsourcing partners are presented.
