In the article questions of the reformation of the system of property taxes, rapprochement of the methods of the taxation of the organizations and physical persons with the passage over the long term to the taxation of real estate are examined. The author comes to the conclusions about the need for the legislative fastening of the procedures of estimation and calculation of all objects of real estate.
