Insurance mechanism of innovative risks emergent in the work of modern enterprises is examined in the article. Characteristic of insured risks in the innovative activity of enterprises is introduced. Insurance terms and conditions and significance of the given risk management mechanism for the increase of the economic activities efficiency are defined.
