Methodical bases of typology and classification of small cities

It is accepted to consider, that the size of city by defines character of its problems. The eternal urban problems can be various depending on size of cities, thus from all set of urban settlements it is possible to allocate group of small cities. The scientific - practical importance, methodological bases of types and the classifications of small cities, consist in an opportunity of use of the offers at all stages development of the state programs, of the current and long-term programs of socio economic development by regional state bodies in conditions of other areas of Republic of Kazakhstan.
     The results of the given research can be used by development of the programs of development of small cities of region, statement of the budgets, regulation by a management of the horizontal and vertical budget attitudes.
