Development of pricing and tariff policy in housing-municipal economy

In the article on the basis of value approach the adjustable value approach to the formation of tariffs on the housing and utilities services, the ensuring passage from financing of the expenditures of branch enterprises and organizations to the acquisition of qualitative housing and utilities service underwent development. The base principles of tariff policy are formulated and are proposed the systematic approaches to the formation of tariffs in the municipal sphere, which assume fixation in the structure of the tariff of the threshold of profitability.
