The article describes the main problems innovation-investment processes in the industry, which must be addressed concurrently at all levels of the economy. The basic form and principles of state support for innovation and investment projects, as well as the principles regulating the intensification of innovation and investment processes in the industry are shown. A scheme of the process of intensification of innovation and investment processes at different levels of the economy.
