In article theoretical aspects of a stabilization financial policy of the modern states within the limits of economic recurrence are considered. The mechanism of stabilization of national economy within the limits of model AD-AS (cumulative demand - the cumulative offer) is opened. Experiment of a stabilization financial policy in the world and its prospects is shown.
