Problems of financial stabilization in market economy

World (Global) financial crisis has shown unreliability of system of the finance of many states. In this connection the problem of financial stabilization gets the greatest urgency. The Russian Federation has wide enough experience on regulation of system of the financial reference (manipulation). In clause (article) theoretical aspects of financial stabilization are analyzed and practical actions in this area are considered (examined). Their critical estimation is given. It is drawn a conclusion that creation of a stable financial position in economy represents the complex(difficult) scheme(plan) of interaction of the theory and practice of the finance, and also levels of a financial system (the enterprises, the state, municipalities).
