The article is devoted to the one of the most actual themes - the development of public-private partnership in the culture. For example, sees problems of the development centre of the culture n Russia. A purpose of the article is PPP as a strategic form of the regional policy is priority for Russian Federation with it regional specific features. PPP is an effective mechanism of the regional policy implementation and developing regions with low level of the need.
