Concept, the content and the essence of the state financial policy

Article is devoted to study the nature and content of government financial policy. The author analyzes the existing definitions of fiscal policy, describes the main features and structural elements of financial policy, and examines the contents of the financial policy of the state. Particular attention is paid to the aims and objectives of financial policy set by different countries, including Russia in the period of financial instability. Proposed definition of financial policies, as well as the expanded part of the elements included in the maintenance of financial policies.
